Lunch- romaine- red pepper- celery- 6 egg whites- basil- dash garlic salt- ume plum vinegar
Snack- apple and Starbucks
Dinner- grilled chicken salad
Workout was 4 mile run- 2 circuits with clients
Operation detox day one completed..tomorrow is a new day..bring it
