Sunday Morning Blues..

I have never EVER blogged before-never understood it..never wanted to understand it..I always type with the dot dot dots in between everything I say..I get it from my mother..so I apologise for the annoyance..

Maybe one day this blog will turn into something more. I'm not a writer-my spelling sucks- I type as if Im texting,,
I want to blog for one simple reason. I'm asked a lot about diet and exercise- what you should eat-what you shouldnt- how often to exercise-how long to exercise-weights or cardio? heavy or light weights? etc etc..you get the point..

I want to simply start a blog posting my food and exercise of that day- and eventually start getting into different topics relating to living a Healthy LifeStyle.

This morning unfortunately I wasnt feeling so well- I do typically like to start Sunday Morning with a run- anywhere from 4-6 miles...as long as my Sarah will let me. That didnt happen this morning. But food wise I was ok.

Breakfast:
Green Tea, Pear, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Snack: 1/2 cup oatmeal, coffee
Lunch: Sweet Potato, Grilled Chicken Salad,Diet Coke
Snack: Peach
Dinner: Egg White Omellette with onions, zuccini, herbs and small salad

I drink a loooooot of water. I never go anywhere without a huge Water Bottle with me- a lot of times we think we're hungry when we're really thirsty so if you're ever hungry after just eating- drink drink drink!!

I'm constantly telling clients to start a food journal. This is something I've done for the longest time-unfortunately I've stopped but now will start up again in a more public way...I really feel that food journals help- you will think twice about what you put in your mouth, you can see where you struggle..we all have good days and bad days..I stronly believe in HEALTHY EATING for a healthy lifestyle. I will go more in detail about all different topics relating to food and exercise but before any of that its very important to understand that we're all diferent. Different body types, builds, genetics, eating habits, workouts schedules, life schedules- there is no standard ideal for everyone. Everyone needs to do what suits their needs and what is fitting for them. Strive to live a healthy and happy lifestyle. Thats it.
Cheers to blogging.
