Are you one of those?

Last night's dinner is nothing exciting, nor is it something I'm proudly blogging but cheers to honesty..I had a half of a butternut squash- cuz my blogging got me in the mood for one- a banana-and some popcorn..no protein nor veggies- bad me...but there I said it..
This morning I had my green tea and grapefruit, I took a client to the park and did one of my most favorite outdoor workouts.
We start out by sprinting- we find a long block and sprint all out energy to the end, walk back..we do this 4 times..
Luging up a long hill
Step ups on a high picnic bench- 10 per leg
20 military push ups on the floor
30 tricep dips on the bench
Jump up the stairs- skipping a step-both feet-like box jumps
60 jumping jacks
30 jump squats
60 high-kness
Then start all over again..with the 4 sprints..generally we do 3 sets of these, but I threw in a couple more moves than usual so the hour was up after the second set...
Came home- and my lovely protein pancake and coffee was all I could think about..
Oh-right the title of my blog "ONE OF THOSE", I just need to give a shout-out to comments I dont understand, will never understand, and if you ever hear my saying it you know I'm lying..
You know those people that say "I forgot to eat"..."I was so busy all day I looked at my watch it was 9 p.m. and all I had was a coffee"...
SERIOUSLY???? I know I'm a food lover, its always on my mind- always will be...I try and turn my love for food into a love for good nutritious food- but forgetting to eat? Being too busy to eat? Not me..am I jealous? Maybe a little..but I'll stick with my breakfast, lunch, and dinner for now..

  2. I'm so down! I come to the valley once in a while, I'd totally come out a morning to do it, and let's do all 4 sets! I'm a glutton for punishment
