I realized I never put it todays workout. I walked for 15 min, ran for 45..After that I did circuit training with push up to T-Stand (military position push up, lift one arm up towards sky, push up-lift other arm) planks, abs, bicep curls while lunging with a shoulder press, and some tricep dips. There were some other moves here and there, and it between sequence I throw in 3 minutes of high energy cardio such as jumping jacks, high knees, jump squats, mountain climbers, sprinting, etc.
Overall, todays workout was about 1 hour and 45 minutes- I recommend to anyone to get in at least 1 hour a day- 5-6 days a week...
I finished my food shopping at Trader's and Kosher Store, average money spent on food per week is between 100-150 bucks a week.
While I'm cooking up all my chicken and veggies for the week I'm eating another bowl of oatmeal with some fiber one and another coffee...
