Tuesday started off like any other Tuesday. I dont take clients on Tuesday and Thursday, I'm all mommy on Tuesday- and I looooove it! That doesnt mean however that I neglect my fitness freak lifestyle. I sometimes try to wake up earlier than the kids and go for a run, or put little Sarah in the stroller and go go go. Because I'm not pressured with time when I take Sarah I can go for hours, as long as she'll let me. On the days she's up for it I will walk-run for 1.5-2 hours..I go anywhere and everywhere with her...to the farmers market, to meet friends at Starbucks, to Trader Joes...she loves it, and I love it. When I wake up before the kids I will go for a quick 3-4 mile run which usually takes me around 30 minutes...
This morning I had green tea, and a grapefruit, then went for a quick 30 minute run- I found a new route around Agoura that I love, its got some good hills that are challenging and especially because I'm only doing 30 minutes I love the hills!!
Off to making my protein pancake and first cup of coffee..my most favorite part of the day :)
